Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Architect with a strong background in real estate operations and CRM automation. The role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that align with the organization’s business goals, ensuring seamless integration across sales, pre-sales, CRM, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Define and implement scalable Salesforce architecture tailored to real estate business workflows.
  • System Integration: Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business systems such as marketing, ERP, and customer portals.
  • Customization & Optimization: Design automation flows, data models, and reports that enhance team productivity and client management.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor the SFDC development and admin teams; ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CRM, and IT teams to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
  • Governance & Data Security: Maintain compliance with data protection laws, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Performance Enhancement: Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions for scalability and stability.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an Architect or Lead role.
  • Proven experience implementing Salesforce in real estate or property management domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations.
  • Salesforce Application Architect / Technical Architect certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per year
