Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Sr Developer HRSD with 10 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and processes, with expertise in ServiceNow development.
Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement HR solutions using ServiceNow.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

Develop and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and data models.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide training and support to end-users on new HR systems.

Job

Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow design, and integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes is an added advantage.
