About the Role

TechnoMore Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), and a solid background in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SecOps solutions to support client security operations and automation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions within ServiceNow SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Incident Management).
• Integrate SecOps with external security tools and data sources (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, Rapid7, or similar).
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement automation for vulnerability and incident management processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and ServiceNow platform teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of new features and updates.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases and SecOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
✅ At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps module
✅ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP integrations for security tools
✅ Understanding of Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management workflows
✅ Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and its relationship to SecOps

Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or IRM modules
⭐ Exposure to security operations frameworks and automation tools
⭐ ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-SecOps, or CAD
