About The Opportunity

• Design, configure and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response) to meet client requirements.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, scripted REST APIs, scheduled jobs and custom applications using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST and SOAP.
• Author Flow Designer flows and Orchestration runbooks to automate enrichment, triage and remediation actions for security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Perform code reviews, optimize run-time performance, resolve platform issues and support ServiceNow upgrades and patch cycles.
• Create technical documentation, test cases and run deployment activities in collaboration with release and operations teams.

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow SecOps implementations on enterprise clients (on-site in India).
• Familiarity with security toolchains (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) and enterprise change/release processes.
• ServiceNow SecOps certification (ServiceNow CIS - Security Operations) is a strong plus.
