Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead design, strategy, and implementation of ITOM solutions for large-scale ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise across all ITOM modules and strong architectural leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Operational Intelligence / Health Log Analytics
• Cloud Management / Orchestration (Optional but preferred)
• Design scalable and robust solutions for:
• CMDB population, health, and governance
• Event correlation, alert management, and root cause analysis
• Automated service dependency mapping
• Develop ITOM roadmaps and strategies aligned with business goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Define integration patterns between ITOM and ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, AIOps, and third-party monitoring tools.
• Guide technical teams on development, configuration, and customizations using probes, sensors, discovery patterns, event rules, and service maps.
• Conduct CMDB rationalization, data model design, and health reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including platform owners, security, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful ITOM delivery.
• Conduct architectural reviews, technical workshops, and governance sessions.
• Drive best practices, standardization, and optimization in ServiceNow ITOM deployments.
• Evaluate and recommend new ITOM features and ServiceNow upgrades.
• Provide mentorship to ITOM developers and consultants.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-12 years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in ITOM architecture and leadership roles.
• Expertise in architecting solutions using:
• Discovery (Horizontal & Top-down)
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Operational Intelligence (Optional but preferred)
• CMDB health and governance
• Strong knowledge of MID Server architecture, distributed deployments, and security configurations.
• Deep understanding of CMDB CI classes, relationship models, normalization, and reconciliation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring and IT operations tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience working with ServiceNow AIOps / Health Log Analytics (Preferred).
• ITOM Suite certifications (CIS-ITOM) and ServiceNow Architect certifications are a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
