### *🔧 Key Responsibilities*

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of *ServiceNow Service Portal* and *Mobile* solutions.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and functionality.

* Develop and enhance modules using *JavaScript, **Client Scripts, **UI Policies*, and other ServiceNow components.

* Collaborate within an *Agile environment, using tools such as **JIRA* and *ServiceNow Agile*.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

* Ensure alignment with best practices and platform governance standards.

### *📌 Key Requirements*

✔️ *6-7+ years* of professional experience overall

✔️ *5+ years* of hands-on *ServiceNow Service Portal development* (MUST HAVE)

✔️ Strong knowledge of *Mobile development* within ServiceNow

✔️ Proficiency in *JavaScript*, Client Script, UI development, and widgets

✔️ Solid understanding of *Agile methodologies* and related tools

✔️ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications
