JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), Integrations, and strong capabilities in scripting, flow

design, playbooks, and workflow development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, Glide, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Create and maintain flows using Flow Designer and configure Playbooks for guided user experiences.
  • Develop and optimize workflows to automate business processes and improve service delivery.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
  • Perform end-to-end development and configuration of platform features and capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT support, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Follow best practices and maintain code quality, documentation, and version control.
  • Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and releases to incorporate into development practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Expertise in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (client/server side).
  • Proficiency in building flows using Flow Designer and creating Playbooks.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build REST/SOAP integrations and manage external system connections.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security features.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).
