Servicenow Lead

As a ServiceNow MCO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading enterprise-level IT transformations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow MCO solutions. - Integrating ITSM and CSM modules with MCO components for seamless business workflows. - Guiding Agile delivery teams through iterative release cycles to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Driving adoption of Service Model Foundation principles to build scalable, future-proof ServiceNow architectures. - Collaborating across business, operations, and technology to deliver transformative enterprise value. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8-10 years of experience working across the ServiceNow platform. - Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) integration and Customer Service Management (CSM). - Hands-on experience with MCO Core and Service Model Foundation. - In-depth understanding of Sales and Order Management Core within ServiceNow. - Proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
