Integrate ITSM and CSM modules with MCO components for seamless business workflows. Guide Agile delivery teams through iterative release cycles , ensuring solutions stay aligned with business objectives. Drive adoption of Service Model Foundation principles to build scalable, future-proof ServiceNow architectures. Collaborate across business, operations, and technology to deliver transformative enterprise value. ✅ Requirements & Qualifications 8–10 years of experience working across the ServiceNow platform. Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) integration and Customer Service Management (CSM) . Hands-on experience with MCO Core and Service Model Foundation . In-depth understanding of Sales and Order Management Core within ServiceNow. Proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments .
