About the Role:

ServiceNow Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality ServiceNow implementations that align with business goals and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, primarily focusing on

  ITSM and CMDB

  .
• Oversee development activities and ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Manage platform upgrades, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new capabilities, recommending improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience

  in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations in

  ITSM and CMDB

  domains.
• Strong knowledge of

  JavaScript, GlideScript, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations

  , and

  ServiceNow Discovery

  .
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and

  Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

  preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and reporting tools.
