Servicenow Lead

As a dynamic ServiceNow MCO Lead, you will spearhead enterprise-level IT transformations by designing, implementing, and driving adoption of ServiceNow MCO solutions that reshape how businesses operate. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow MCO solutions, integrating ITSM and CSM modules with MCO components for seamless business workflows, guiding Agile delivery teams through iterative release cycles, ensuring solutions stay aligned with business objectives, driving adoption of Service Model Foundation principles to build scalable, future-proof ServiceNow architectures, and collaborating across business, operations, and technology to deliver transformative enterprise value. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience working across the ServiceNow platform, strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) integration and Customer Service Management (CSM), hands-on experience with MCO Core and Service Model Foundation, in-depth understanding of Sales and Order Management Core within ServiceNow, a proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments, exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
