As a dynamic ServiceNow MCO Lead, you will spearhead enterprise-level IT transformations by designing, implementing, and driving adoption of ServiceNow MCO solutions that reshape how businesses operate. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience working across the ServiceNow platform, strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) integration and Customer Service Management (CSM), hands-on experience with MCO Core and Service Model Foundation, in-depth understanding of Sales and Order Management Core within ServiceNow, a proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments, exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
