Servicenow Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the Development Team Lead, mentor, build and guide a team of ServiceNow developers.

Architect and Design Solutions Design and architect technical solutions for the migration and enhancement of 20 ServiceNow instances.

Manage Integrations Oversee development and management of integrations with key enterprise systems, including SAP, monitoring tools, and CMDB for telco devices and fiber omni-channel operations.

Hands-on Development and Workshops Conduct technical workshops and perform hands-on development and integration work as needed.

Technical Governance Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security. Conduct code reviews and manage the development lifecycle.

Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Proven experience with ServiceNow's core ITSM applications.

Advanced ServiceNow Development Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide API.

Integration Experience Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

Project Leadership Demonstrated experience leading a team of developers on complex projects.

CMDB and Asset Management Solid understanding of the CMDB and its relationship with ITSM.

Platform Knowledge In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Experience with multi-instance ServiceNow environments.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.
