Job Description

Must-Have** Good competency in Configuring and customize on multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes. Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation. Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle. Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management. Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language Good-to-Have Good communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills get along well with others. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Able to multi-task, can manage and prioritize several projects to meet deadlines.
