Your Role

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to HR service delivery.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document functional requirements.

Analyze HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to meet business needs.

Your Profile

Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on HR service delivery projects, preferably with ServiceNow HRSD.

Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.

Experience configuring and customizing HRSD modules and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.

Familiarity with HRSD best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
