ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect

Your Role

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to HR service delivery.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to elicit and document functional requirements.
• Analyze HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to meet business needs.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant or business analyst working on HR service delivery projects, preferably with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations.
• Experience configuring and customizing HRSD modules and functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with HRSD best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
