Position Summary

ServiceNow Solution Advisor

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving automation and efficiency, and supporting technology adoption initiatives that enhance our clients’ cyber resilience.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and develop complex ServiceNow solutions with a deep understanding of core platform features and secure operations.
• Define architecture and design components, including data models, workflows, and access control mechanisms.
• Analyze business requirements, document epics and user stories, and create UI mock-ups to drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects — from requirements gathering to go-live — ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Deliver platform training, provide technical support, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
• Support pre-sales activities and provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow solutions within the Cyber domain.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills / Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow applications (IRM, SIR, VRM, TPRM, BCM).
• Strong technical knowledge of workflows, APIs, web services, and platform integrations.
• Experience with Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Expertise in developing scoped applications and maintaining platform management (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting).
• Proven track record of delivering at least

  2–3 end-to-end ServiceNow projects

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Certification:

  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).

Good-to-Have Skills / Certifications

• Experience with

  Security Operations

  modules (Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, etc.).
• Exposure to
