ServiceNow Engineer

As a skilled ServiceNow Developer, your role will involve designing, analyzing, and delivering scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, assess various solution paths, and implement the most efficient and maintainable approach. - Analyze business needs and propose effective ServiceNow solutions, highlighting pros and cons of each option. - Collaborate with stakeholders to review user stories and clarify requirements. - Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform by identifying gaps, implementing new features, and adhering to platform best practices. - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. - Proven experience with at least two core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM. - Additional experience or knowledge in SAM and SPM is a strong plus. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. - Experience with integrations, custom applications, and workflows. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
