Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization. This role will support processes, automate workflows, and ensure system integrity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize core applications on the ServiceNow platform (CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and custom applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs using REST/SOAP.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of existing implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with scoped applications and custom modules.
• Familiarity with Service Portal, AngularJS, or other front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations (SecOps).
