Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our delivery team. You will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and delivery across software and digital projects, ensuring timelines, communication, and resources are aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, update status reports, and ensure timely task completion.
• Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items.
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and task boards (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
• Identify and resolve project issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure client communication is clear, timely, and professional.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles in an IT or digital environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of project management processes (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Familiarity with PM tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or workflows.
