Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with at least 1+ years of experience in

Node.js and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database

management with MongoDB and MySQL, along with a solid understanding of software development best

practices. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust backend solutions, optimizing

APIs, and collaborating with frontend developers. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for

Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Python.

 Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend systems.

 Manage and manipulate data using MongoDB and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and

performance.

 Developing and maintaining server-side network components

 Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end

 Collaborate closely with frontend developers to implement user-facing features.

 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to enhance performance and security.

 Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development

processes.

 Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

 Document application processes, code, and architecture for future reference.

Skills:

 Proficiency in Node.js and Python.

 Strong experience with MongoDB and MySQL.

 Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.

 Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

 Experience with version control (e.g., Git), and familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

is a plus.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).
