Servicenow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer at Silicon Labs, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and drive strategic transformational change in ITIL solution deployment. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing/integrating ServiceNow with other systems. - Developing, designing, implementing, and ensuring the integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. - Participating in requirement gathering phases and providing input on requirements. - Ensuring instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with ServiceNow leading practices. - Building expert solutions for ServiceNow scripting and administration, including designing reusable frameworks for the ServiceNow Team. - Reviewing solutions for complex integrations while maintaining Security adherence for compliance needs. - Ensuring visibility of all updates and changes related to ServiceNow products among developers. - Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally within IT/Sec and externally with other business units. The skills you'll need for this role include: - 4 to 6 years of experience in owning ServiceNow Development, showcasing deep technical knowledge and following development best practices. - Minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations as a Developer. - Expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets UI Pages, etc. - Experience with Now Experience/UI Builder for Employee Center configuration and enhancements. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and working knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM. - Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions. - Expertise in building and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB. - ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (at least one). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the following skills will be considered a plus: - Experience implementing Vulnerability Response (VR), Event Management (EM), Discovery, Service Mapping (SM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
