Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven

ServiceNow Developer

with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, ideally within the

healthcare technology domain

. This role involves leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and impactful ServiceNow solutions that drive better business outcomes and improve healthcare service delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and take full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow-based product development covering planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications in alignment with evolving requirements and platform best practices.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom integrations (REST/SOAP).
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and OpenEHR across all implementations.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and proactively address functional and technical gaps with innovative solutions.
Partner with QA and release teams to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments.
Support existing modules through troubleshooting, performance tuning, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to user training, SOPs, and internal support resources.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Expertise with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and working with ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system communication.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with clear and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (any specialization).
Experience with additional modules like ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
