Description
As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant, your role will involve leading the development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Field Service Management (FSM). You will be required to possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and FSM modules. - Customize ServiceNow applications and assist in the rollout of new applications and modules. - Collaborate with process owners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and implementation plans. - Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations as necessary. - Manage data loads and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. - Monitor platform performance and provide support and troubleshooting for ITSM, HRSD, and FSM functionalities. - Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Proven expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management. - Experience with HRSD workflows like Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and Lifecycle Events. - Proficiency in FSM, including scheduling, dispatching, mobile capabilities, and asset management. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID servers. - Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or FSM are highly desirable. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
