ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules to optimize solutions for HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and ITSM processes. Your role will involve working on Service Portal, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or IT Operations Management (ITOM) to enhance ServiceNow functionalities. Additionally, you will be required to create and fine-tune scripts such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes to ensure system efficiency and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing ServiceNow HRSD & ITSM modules, executing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server, and ensuring system security and compliance with best practices. Furthermore, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational requirements. To qualify for this role, you should possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HRSD & ITSM implementation. You must also demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules. Proficiency in integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server is essential. A good understanding of HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and ITSM best practices will be beneficial for this position. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
