Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog), CSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM/TSM and App Engine.
Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment, following Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
Monitor platform performance, execute upgrades, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Script, APIs).
Strong understanding of ITSM modules along with exposure to any of the modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, Secops, APP Engine)
Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in client-facing engagements.

Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, HAM, SAM , ITOM or Secops modules. (highly preferred)
