As Total Data Experts, we simplify database administration and maintenance for IT teams worldwide. We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimise solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building custom modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance service delivery and user experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs. 2. Platform Configuration: Configure various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.) to align with industry best practices and organizational requirements. 3. Workflow Automation: Build and optimise workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Business Rules to improve operational efficiency. 4. Integrations: Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms using REST/SOAP APls and IntegrationHub. 5. UI/UX Enhancements: Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Service Portal, Ul Policies, and Client Scripts. 6. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. 7. Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability. 8. Documentation & Support: Maintain clear technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and end-users. 9. Platform Optimisation: Continuously monitor and improve platform performance, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Required Skills & Experience: 1. Strong hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.). 2. Proficiency in developing and customizing applications on the Now Platform. 3. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Ul Policies. 4. Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. 5. Skilled in scripting languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS. 6. Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API integrations. 7. Familiarity with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder and Service Portal. 8. Exposure to AWS environments is a plus. 9. Experience in domains such as Telecom or Utilities is an advantage. 10. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly desirable. 11. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Show more Show less
