Job Title : ServiceNow Business Analyst Location : Bangalore,Pune ,Noida Experience : Minimum 4 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate, 30 days or Serving is preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 4- 8 years of experience, preferably in ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions by translating business needs into clear functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow projects. - Work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. - Create and maintain user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Participate in requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, UAT sessions, and training activities. - Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders. - Support change management and training initiatives related to new ServiceNow features or modules. - Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on involvement in ServiceNow projects. - Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and workflows. - Experience in writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM in ServiceNow. - Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards. - ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. - ServiceNow Fundamentals or Business Analyst certification (if any) is an added advantage Show more Show less
