Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) with 5-15 years of experience. The position is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid working mode.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement business processes for Service Delivery Modernization efforts using ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain business models, strategies, and processes to drive organizational growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex business problems using exceptional analytical skills.
Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer relationship management skills.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in ServiceNow Business Analysis.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, Source To Pay Operations, and business modeling terminology.
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies, and processes.
Experience in business process design for Service Delivery Modernization efforts.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
