Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of custom ServiceNow applications.
• Provide hands-on development and technical guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems as required.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
• Mentor and support team members on architectural decisions and development standards.
• Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and solution documentation.
  

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 8+ years relevant in architecture and custom application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in custom ServiceNow applications and module development.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guide development teams.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodology in ServiceNow projects.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Implementation Specialist in relevant modules.
