Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet identified business requirements and functional needs. You will utilize ServiceNow plugins and automation tools to build innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Web Services, and file-based transfers. - Supporting ServiceNow platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing bug-fixes. - Providing configuration options to meet specific requirements and identifying respective pros and cons for each option. - Participating in user story grooming sessions, elaboration, and design sessions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 9 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow core development and integrations. - Experience working on at least 2 products of ServiceNow such as CSM, HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS. - Mandatory certification as a Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), with the additional certification of CIS CAD being a plus.
