Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect with 9+ years of experience, your role will involve working on ServiceNow Core Development and Integrations, with expertise in at least 2 Products of ServiceNow (CSM, HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps). You should have strong skills in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, and hold a CSA certification (Certified ServiceNow Admin), while CIS CAD certification would be an added advantage. Your responsibilities as a ServiceNow Developer will include: - Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow Platform to meet identified business requirements and functional needs. - Utilizing ServiceNow Plugins Automation tools to build innovative solutions. - Developing integrations leveraging point-to-point interfaces, Web Services, file-based transfers, etc. - Supporting ServiceNow Platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing bug-fixes. - Providing configuration options to meet specific requirements, identifying respective pros and cons for each option. - Participating in user story grooming sessions, elaboration, and design sessions. You will play a crucial role in shaping the ServiceNow landscape within the organization and contributing to its efficiency and effectiveness.
