As a key player, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-performing solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow applications and integrations with external systems
• Define and enforce platform governance, including coding standards, development frameworks, and release management processes
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and capabilities to recommend enhancements to existing implementations
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers and system administrators
• Participate in agile delivery teams and support DevOps processes and continuous integration pipelines
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration patterns

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including 4+ years in technical architecture and design
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
• Hands-on experience with major ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, and Flow Designer
• Expertise in building Service Portal and UI Builder experiences on the platform
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Background in AI and GenAI tools on the ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Jenkins and Git
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
