ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Business Architect , you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and implemented effectively within the ServiceNow platform.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Lead workshops and interviews to gather business requirements.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify gaps.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.

• Solution Design & Documentation:

• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and conceptual designs.
• Draft and maintain documentation including functional design specs and test plans.

• Project Leadership:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related initiatives.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• Testing & Validation:

• Develop and execute test plans including UAT.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and ensure quality assurance.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and end users.
• Provide training and support to users post-deployment.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices.
