Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:
Develop and implement the overall architecture and design for the ServiceNow platform.
Solution Development:
Lead the creation of complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and advanced configurations.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Integration Management:
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and web services.
Governance and Standards:
Establish and enforce best practices, governance policies, and standards for the ServiceNow platform.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing any technical bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications and standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancements and innovations within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CTA, CSA) are highly desirable.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
