Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.The work model for the role is: #Li_onsiteThis role is contributing to the Sales in Customer Service function in Robotics division} in Faridabad, India. Main stakeholders are installed base Customers, Sales teams & Customer Service Team .You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop and implement service sales strategy aligned with global and local business goals, driving installed base penetration, new routes to market, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve business KPIs (Order Booking, Revenue, GM%, EBITA%, Productivity) by ensuring full portfolio sales, effective key account management, and profitable growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities by analyzing market trends, expanding into new geographies, and fostering partner development to support long-term growth.
  • Strengthening customer relationships through proactive engagement, satisfaction management, and delivering cost-effective service solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead and develop the service sales team by coaching, ensuring organizational alignment, and driving collaboration across business units while upholding safety, integrity, and compliance standards.
Qualifications for the role
  • BE/B. Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 22- 27 years of experience in Sales, Service Sales, and Maintenance within the Robotics Industry and applications
  • Optional background as Sales Head/Service Sales Head for Industrial Robotics products, applications, or technologies
  • Strong technical expertise in Robotics systems, Service Sales, Customer Service, and industry-specific solutions
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and delivering customer service excellence
  • Advanced skills in team management, communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and customer engagement
  • Passionate about innovation, quick decision-making, pressure handling, collaboration, and customer-centric approaches
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with willingness to travel extensively across India to engage customers and drive business outcomes
