Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and schedule service activities, ensuring technicians and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Act as a liaison between customers and service teams, handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Inventory & Parts Planning: Collaborate with inventory coordinators to ensure availability of spare parts and tools needed for service tasks.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Work with sales and marketing to develop mid- and long-term service volume forecasts.
  • Project Management: Manage service-related projects, including new product introductions and process improvements.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure service operations comply with industry standards and maintain accurate records in ERP systems like SAP or JD Edwards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze service metrics, and recommend improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
