Service Now Developer

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, test, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM modules like Case Management, B2B Accounts/Contacts, Contract Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
• Customization & Configuration: Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts based on business needs.
• Integrations: Implement integrations with external enterprise systems using REST APIs and ServiceNow’s built-in connectors.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality, reusable code in line with ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver aligned technical solutions.
• Testing & Documentation: Conduct functional/system testing, document processes, and support release management.
• System Enhancements: Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, especially within CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Experience in key CSM areas such as Case Management, Customer Portal, and Virtual Agent.
• Exposure to TPSM / Service Bridge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of REST API integrations.
• Certifications Required:
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM / CSM
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM or HRSD.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics or reporting tools.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and API-based integrations.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: ₹392,954.79 - ₹1,589,765.10 per year
