Salesforce Performance/Load Testing Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Performance/Load Testing Associate to support performance testing efforts within Salesforce environments for client transformation programs. The ideal candidate will help design and execute detailed testing strategies, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with development teams and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance and load testing plans for Salesforce applications
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks or performance issues
• Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to design relevant test scenarios
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate findings and assist in performance tuning
• Support continuous improvement of performance engineering best practices
• Mentor QA staff on Salesforce testing standards and approaches

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Engineering with Salesforce
• Hands-on with Loadrunner, Neoload, or Salesforce-specific testing tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative development models
• Total experience: 4–6 years

Skills:

• Mandatory: Salesforce, Performance/Load Testing
• Nice to Have: Selenium

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: ₹412,664.27 - ₹1,260,063.70 per year
