About The Role

What We Are Looking For
Must Have:

Good competency in configuring and customizing modules of ITSM on ServiceNow depending on business requirements.

Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.

Experience in Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.

Hands-on experience with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

Expertise in Incident Management, including Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, and SLA Management.

Problem Management, including Root Cause Analysis, Problem Resolution, and Workarounds.

Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analysis, Change Planning and Scheduling, and expertise in the Change Management Lifecycle.

Strong understanding of Knowledge Management.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting Language.
