• Mandatory Skills: HRSD ( Human Resourse Service Delivery), Integration ( REST/SOAP, APIs, web services )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on

  HRSD modules

  .
• Design and implement

  integrations

  between ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.).
• Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform features.
• Support enhancement projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years

  of hands-on development experience on the

  ServiceNow

  platform.
• Strong knowledge of

  HRSD

  — Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.
• Proven experience with

  ServiceNow Integrations

  (REST/SOAP, APIs, web services).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and platform architecture.
