Job Title: Two-Wheeler Service Manager

Job Summary:

Sri Saarada Honda, Attur is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Two-Wheeler Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, ensure high-quality servicing, manage service staff, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Honda two-wheelers, leadership skills, and the ability to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Service Operations Management

• Oversee the complete functioning of the service department.
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery for all two-wheelers.
• Monitor job quality and adherence to Honda service standards.
• Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.

Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure proper workflow within the workshop.
• Conduct performance evaluations and maintain staff discipline.

Customer Relations

• Interact with customers to understand service needs and provide solutions.
• Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and new customers.

Inventory & Tools Management

• Monitor spare parts availability and place orders as needed.
• Ensure optimum use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain service records, job cards, billing, and reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Honda guidelines.
• Track KPIs such as service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in two-wheeler service management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Honda two-wheelers.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,802.44 per month
