Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Parts In-Charge to manage the spare parts department, ensure proper inventory control, maintain adequate stock levels, and support the service team with timely parts availability. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and experienced in two-wheeler spare parts management.

Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of all Honda two-wheeler spare parts.
• Conduct regular stock audits and update stock registers/software.
• Place orders for spare parts based on demand and minimum stock levels.
• Ensure zero stock-out situations for fast-moving parts.

Parts Issuing & Billing

• Issue parts to service technicians as per job requirements.
• Prepare parts bills for customers and workshop jobs.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for all jobs.

Vendor & Purchase Coordination

• Coordinate with Honda and other authorized suppliers for parts procurement.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and returns.

Warehouse & Storage Management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic parts storage area.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and arrangement of parts.
• Prevent damage, loss, or misplacement of parts through proper handling.

Customer Support

• Attend walk-in customers requiring spare parts.
• Provide accurate parts information and pricing.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily stock movement reports.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Prepare monthly inventory and sales reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in spare parts management (automotive preferred).
• Knowledge of Honda two-wheeler spare parts (advantage).
• Good communication and computer skills (billing software knowledge desirable).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle stock efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
