Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve providing and maintaining excellent customer service to be the frontline service contact for our external customers. Your primary goal will be to deliver timely customer service, contribute to the growth of the business by offering delightful customer experiences, and establish a strong team and service network across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner. - Act as the primary liaison between sales, management, and customers to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. - Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management. - Conduct physical visits to sites for product servicing. - Handle customer queries and provide technical support via calls. - Conduct site surveys for new project installations. - Test and repair Lithium Batteries and Solar Inverters PCB. - Design circuits using Matlab and create structures and SLD using Autocad/Sketchup. - Oversee the production and assembly of Solar Inverters and Lithium Batteries. - Ensure quality checks of all products. - Maintain proper records of service calls using Google sheet/Excel/CRM. - Design PCB circuits and oversee the production and assembly of Inverters. **Qualifications:** - Preferred qualifications include Btech/ITI/Diploma/Graduate in relevant fields. - Good knowledge of Power Electronics, Electrical, and Electronics. - Interest in growing a career in the R&D sector. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi. - A proactive attitude to achieve goals and a willingness to commit to a minimum of 3 years with the company. - Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.,
