As a Service Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our Service Department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient workshop operations, and high service standards aligned with our brand values. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver top-notch service. - Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and ensure resolutions are achieved in a timely manner. - Manage service promotions, customer connect programs, and free service camps to engage with customers effectively. - Oversee warranty claims, technical bulletins, and ensure audit compliance for service quality. - Monitor spare parts usage and maintain optimal inventory levels for efficient operations. - Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance technical skills and improve customer handling abilities.
