Shall be responsible for monitoring field calls on a daily basis. 12. Shall be responsible for area allocations of different regions via ground support team. 13. Shall be responsible for customer communications from complaint till resolution via ground support team. 14. Shall monitor the critical stock availability at all service centres and ensure minimum stock levels at all times
