Roles The main role of Sr. Embedded software engineer is to carryout the activities for design and implement the embeded system. Design which include embeded hardware design and embeded software design. Another role of the embeded Engineer is to get the software tested with customers system and ressolve issues related to interface. Responsiblities Shall be responsible for collection of Design Input for embeded system design Shall be responsible for development of embeded System hardware. Shall be responsible for development of embeded software Shall be responsible for improvement of design quality by participation in Process failures and field failures
Role & responsibilities 1. Shall ensure that the product quality meets the required standards and to maintain the same which facilitates the manufacturing without any process rejections. 2. Shall ensure the quality of product by carrying out proper design verification as per the documented procedure. 3. Shall monitor the quality of purchased product by participating in the Supplier Assessment Audit during new Vendor Development. 4. Shall ensure the consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practices. 5. Shall ensure to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions implemented in the manufacturing process. 6. Shall verify that the Quality Plans are available for all the products and the process is being carried out as per the Quality Plans. 7. Shall ensure to monitor the Quality of product field performance and verify whether they are meeting the standard requirements. 8. Shall ensure to maintain and improve product quality as per the standard requirement and Coordinate for new product development. 9. Shall ensure to inspect the incoming material and verify the conformity to the specified requirements. 10. Shall ensure to conduct periodic audits at supplier and subcontractor place to verify their process Performance. 11. Shall ensure to verify that all the monitoring and measuring equipments are calibrated periodically. 12. To ensure that all the required Management Systems are developed, implemented and maintained effectively for repeatability of product and service quality. Preferred candidate profile
1. Monitor all field operations are operating as per service procedure. 2. Ensure quality of service at all field office by means of verification of records provided by field support team. 3. Shall play an important role in devising the strategy to improve the service quality. 4. Shall ensure all activities are logged into the CRM / ERP for appropriate monitoring. 5. Shall assist all sales team in the sourcing an appropriate business partner. 6. Shall ensure hand holding of initial operations for prescribed no of days from service perspective for every service centre deployed in the field. 7. Shall ensure deployment of all processes and procedures at all new field establishments 8. Shall be responsible for reduction of average cost of service per charger and increasing the service reach. 9. Shall be responsible for increasing allied sales through service network. 10. Shall be responsible for arriving at TAT of each region on a weekly basis and support TAT reduction by providing inputs to ground operations team. 11. Shall be responsible for monitoring field calls on a daily basis. 12. Shall be responsible for area allocations of different regions via ground support team. 13. Shall be responsible for customer communications from complaint till resolution via ground support team. 14. Shall monitor the critical stock availability at all service centres and ensure minimum stock levels at all times
