Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Shall ensure that the product quality meets the required standards and to maintain the same which

facilitates the manufacturing without any process rejections.

2. Shall ensure the quality of product by carrying out proper design verification as per the documented procedure.

3. Shall monitor the quality of purchased product by participating in the Supplier Assessment Audit during new Vendor Development. 4. Shall ensure the consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practices.

5. Shall ensure to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions implemented

in the manufacturing process.

6. Shall verify that the Quality Plans are available for all the products and the process is being carried out as per the Quality Plans.

7. Shall ensure to monitor the Quality of product field performance and verify whether they are meeting the standard requirements.

8. Shall ensure to maintain and improve product quality as per the standard requirement and Coordinate for new product development.

9. Shall ensure to inspect the incoming material and verify the conformity to the specified requirements.

10. Shall ensure to conduct periodic audits at supplier and subcontractor place to verify their process Performance.

11. Shall ensure to verify that all the monitoring and measuring equipments are calibrated periodically.

12. To ensure that all the required Management Systems are developed, implemented and maintained

effectively for repeatability of product and service quality.
