The Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) houses over 3,000 energy transition technologists in three locations from grid automation, transformers, high voltage products, grid integration and service businesses. The Opportunity

How You’ll Make An Impact
Installed base Manager/Proactive Service Lead to train engineer for installed base tool
Develop IB & Improve data quality
Leverage/utilize tool landscape and ensure the right assets /Site details are managed
Support business use of LUMADA EAM and promote successful business use cases.
Documentation, Reporting and Analysis Monitor IB data and ensure having accurate Customer, Site, and Installation Information data in ServIS, by editing customer/site information as necessary. This includes periodically reviewing and minimizing data within the country factory container by assigning correct site location.
Monitor and share progress on meeting and ensure the right IB Quality
. Training Support business (e.g sales, operation, project management, field service) with the use of installed base / ServIS as per Instructions and requirements.
Provide or coordinate IB Management related trainings to local users as needed
Able to generate reports optimize /customize reports in the tool , having advanced knowledge on excel and Microsoft office power application tools

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
< 5 years of experience, with a combination of Sales/Engineering and/or tender/quotation experience
Proficiency in all substations , industrial electrical equipment's transformer service and accessories
Proficiency with CRM and BI tool landscape.
Ability to interpret product specifications
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time
Proven development and maintenance of positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job.
True team player and NO silo mentality.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
