The center's focus extends to enhancing both domestic and international grids, playing a vital role in Hitachi Energy's global growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Train engineers for installed base tool and develop strategies to enhance data quality. - Manage and ensure accurate customer, site, and installation information in ServIS by leveraging the tool landscape effectively. - Support business use of LUMADA EAM and drive successful business use cases. - Provide documentation, reporting, and analysis to monitor and enhance installed base data quality. - Conduct trainings for local users on IB Management and ServIS utilization. - Generate and customize reports, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, demonstrating responsibility and care for colleagues and the business. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering. - Fundamental understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. - Less than 5 years of experience, including sales/engineering or tender/quotation experience. - Proficiency in substation operations, industrial electrical equipment, transformer service, and accessories. - Familiarity with CRM and BI tool landscape. - Ability to interpret product specifications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and time management skills. - Demonstrated capability in developing positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and stakeholders. - Team player with a collaborative mindset and proficiency in both spoken and written English.
