Service Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end service operations across - dg set supplied & service assigned territories.2. Oversee installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, warranty & AMC services.3. Ensure adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, and Kirloskar service protocols.4. Maintain strong coordination with Kirloskar principals for service updates, escalations, and reporting.5. Drive service P&L – monitor profitability, implement cost controls, and optimize revenue.6. Define/review KRAs & KPIs for regional/branch teams – MTTR, SLA, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.7. Build and lead a high-performance service team through training, performance reviews & development programs.8. Conduct regular service reviews with internal teams, customers, and principals to foster continuous improvement.9. Ensure fast, effective resolution of customer complaints and build strong relationship management practices.10. Promote inter-branch coordination, skill-sharing, and collaborative team culture.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 20+ years in service operations (OEM/industrial equipment), with 5+ years in multi-location leadership roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
